Hello Movers,

This newsletters is for those wanting to LYHL from a movement perspective. I’m so excited to build out this resource over the coming years. 

Living your healthiest life (LYHLing) takes progressive steps, lots of big and small decisions with follow-through over a long time (your lifetime!).

Remember small decisions sum up to big outcomes over time! Pick a direction you want to head towards and try to identify the smallest most actionable step that would be sustainable. Sustainability is vital! (Hint: health does not equal performance).

Let me know what questions you have about healthy movement and I’ll do my best to incorporate it into my offerings. With twenty years as a PT under my belt, I have a lot to say!
