Run Healthy with Healthy Runner Injury Prevention Evaluations!
The best way to deal with an injury is to prevent it.
Running is great for your health, right?
Well, it's great for your health until it's not.
We at LYHL Coaching & PT offer healthy runner evaluations to address risks for injury and to find opportunity for improvement.
This test runs through a battery of specially catered tests, looking at running form, shoes, strength, movement control/coordination, and mobility/flexibility.
The best way to deal with an injury is to prevent it.
These evaluations are best for those not experiencing pain or for someone with pain who still wants and overview of their whole running dynamic and situation.
If you’re not sure what to do with the results of the evaluation, we can help with that through follow-up movement coaching sessions. We’ll meet you where your knowledge is and fill in the rest.
