Are You Patient Enough to Heal?
Time is essential for healing. Are you patient enough to reach your healing goals?
As much as we wish it didn't, healing takes time.
TIme requires patience and optimism, in addition, to the steady work of working on issues within your body.
Are you strong enough?
How’s your posture? Your balance? Your coordination?
How are your flexibility and mobility sufficient?
What about your endurance?
Do you rest enough?
Do you get enough variety of movement?
Do you work out intensely enough?

You can reach your goals, if you're patient, AND do the work.
(Some people are “patient,” but don’t do the work. I have a cake analogy for that I share in the video below.)
In this video I share about the joy of running in the mountains, after years away due to injury from corticosteriods. (In the video, I explain about the negative effect of corticosteroids).
Like me, you can be strong and healthy enough to run 10 miles in the mountains (or reach whatever sizable goal unique to you), if you are steady with your work, over time.

10 min of meditation, followed by 20 min of guided mindful mobility, followed by optional 15 min coaching advice Q&A for LYHLing (live your healthiest life).
Suggested payment $30. Pay what you can. Free for those impacted by the Altadena and Palisades fires. Space limited.
